Event: High Tech Happy Hour, Tuesday, Dec. 5th, 4:30pm @ Hartley House

Please join us next week for our end-of-semester High-Tech Happy Hour:
Tuesday, December 5th, 4:30 PM
Hartley House.
We’ll have very short presentations from faculty grant recipients who will share updates and insights on their digital research projects:

Ann Kakliouras (Anthropology) will discuss her digital indigenous mapping project, and share insights on her experience working on digital projects with community groups.

Teresa Delfin (Anthropology) will share her new short documentary, Daughter, Sister, Mother, which chronicles the journey of transgender woman, Shaky Estrada, and her shifting role in a tight-knit Mexican family.

There will also be plenty of time to imbibe, socialize, and celebrate the end of the semester. We hope you can all stop by for a bit! And many thanks to Gil Gonzalez and Hartley House for generously hosting this gathering.
If you have any questions, email Anne Cong-Huyen or Sonia Chaidez.
